Friday July 28: 4 pm to 10 pm
Saturday July 29: 10 am to 10 pm
Sunday July 30: 11 am to 7 pm
Champion BBQ outfits from across Canada will serve up a variety of southern-style barbeque, including favourites like ribs, brisket and chicken, accompanied by corn bread, coleslaw, baked beans and more. Individual food items will range in price from $5 to $30, depending on your hunger level and taste.
The Beer Gardens will be open every day, serving up cold craft beef and traditional favourites.
There will be additional concessions on the grounds as well.

This competition is open to local amateur BBQ cooks and teams. The competition will take place during the festival with judging on the afternoon of Saturday, July 29.
The deadline for entries is July 15. Entry fee is $50.
Competitors must use pork ribs and each team must supply its own ribs.
